She is made of fabric, and hand detailed.
Her crown is not permanent, but is permanently tied, so it can be slipped on or off.
Her outfit is fully hand detailed, with a layerd skirt of velvet, b/w stripes, and netted under layer, to keep some puff to her skirt.
She has tiny maryjanes painted on with white hearts to accent. Her scepter is made of wood and clay, with velvet accents and Indian silk ribbon.
