PAYMENT DUE WITHIN 24HRS of receipt of invoice.

If you are paying with a credit card, payment due within 24hrs. after auction end/or email to me telling me what you want to buy. CALL 724-255-7665 with CC #.

PAYMENTS can only be delayed BEFORE you bid, or reserve an item. So email me and let me know if you have special circumstances...

IF payment is not received within 24hrs,and there has been NO COMMUNICATION, the item will be relisted for sale,and you will have no further opportunities to purchase OTBP art. THANK YOU for your cooperation and understanding.

DOLL ORDER POLICIES

SPECIAL ORDERS~

If you prefer to order a doll,vs bid on it during an auction, there will be a 20% special order fee applied to the final sale price of the auctioned doll.

COMMISSION DOLLS~

If you care to commission a doll, pricing will be discussed depending on the detail and requirements.

ALL DOLL ORDERS~

payment due in full before doll is started.

3-6wks for delivery

I will send you photos of completed doll and ...

allow up to 3 changes IF changes can be made.

If you are unhappy with the finished doll, 50% of your payment will be refunded.

If the doll sells to someone else for same price, the full amount MAY be refunded. Up to my discretion.

THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO pins/ornaments,only to dolls, I may take orders on small ornaments or pins.
